Cancellation policy

After registration (US) $47/person for cancellation at any point, plus:

After March 1, 2023: 30% charge

After April 1, 2023: 50% charge

After April 25, 2023: No refund

Please see the information below for a travel insurance agent. While we recommend this agent, you can and should consult your own insurance broker and check other providers to see who offers coverage that best fits your needs. While Agnon House recommends their service we do not take responsibility for this nor do we have any financial interest in the sales. However, we have been advised that to obtain the maximum coverage for cancellation it is best to arrange for this now, in proximity to your deposit payment.

We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance & supplemental medical coverage (which covers Covid19 & pre-existing conditions). This is a smart way to safeguard against life’s surprises.

Please note: To receive maximum coverage, it is suggested to purchase within 21 days of your first payment.

NOTE: First or Initial Trip Payment means the first date on which you paid for any portion for an upcoming trip, regardless of whether this payment is refundable. (e.g. deposit, airfare, registration fee etc.).

Unsure of your final costs? Not a problem. Insure now the amount you have paid for – and then after any future payments, policy can be amended.
